Education and Employment Support

- Student Finance England – Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) (https://www.gov.uk/disabled-students-allowance-dsa): Funds support for university students with ADHD, such as coaching or assistive technology. Apply through your university’s disability office.  

- Access to Work (https://www.gov.uk/access-to-work)**: Government scheme providing workplace adjustments, like ADHD coaching or software, for employees. Call 0800 121 7479 to apply.  

- National Careers Service (https://nationalcareers.service.gov.uk): Offers career advice for adults with ADHD, including job fit and workplace rights. Contact via 0800 100 900.  

- SEND Code of Practice (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/send-code-of-practice-0-to-25): Outlines legal support for students with ADHD in schools, including Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

Crisis and Mental Health Support

- NHS 111: Call for urgent mental health support or ADHD-related crises. Available 24/7.  

- Samaritans: Free emotional support for anyone struggling. Call 116 123 or email jo@samaritans.org.  

- Shout: Text-based crisis support for young people. Text SHOUT to 85258.
